Kansas Alliance for Drug Endangered Children The Kansas Methamphetamine Prevention Project is active in Drug Endangered Children (DEC) programs at the local, state and national level. With the help of partner agencies, KMPP formed the Kansas Alliance for Drug Endangered Children in 2003.
